1. Block Access to Your Account
If you suspect that your online banking access has been compromised, please contact our Call Centre immediately at 600565551 to block your access and secure your account.
2. Block or Replace Your Card via NBF Direct Mobile Banking App
Use the NBF Direct Mobile Banking App to instantly block or replace your debit or credit card.
For Debit Cards
- Log in to the NBF Direct Mobile Banking App
- Tap “More”
- Go to the Accounts & Cards section
- Select your debit card
- Tap “Block Card”
- Follow the on-screen instructions
For Credit Cards
- Log in to the NBF Direct Mobile Banking App
- From the dashboard, tap “Credit Cards”
- Select your credit card
- Tap “Block Card”
- Follow the on-screen instructions
3. Not an NBF customer?
If you suspect that a:
- Fraudulent NBF account has been opened in your name or
- Have received a suspicious call, SMS, WhatsApp or email claiming to be from NBF
