How It Works:
- This offer is available exclusively for all NBF Visa Conventional credit cardholders starting from 11 November 2024 until 31 December 2025.Â

- *To avail of the offer, cardholders must spend at least AED 2,000 on their eligible credit card during the billing cycle. The billing cycle runs from the 11th of the current month to the 10th of the following month.
- Eligible cardholders can receive up to a maximum of 4 free movie tickets per month subject to spending criteria.
- Eligible NBF Credit Cards include Classic Credit Card, Platinum Exclusive Credit Card, Infinite Credit Card and Al Samy Credit Card.
- Any movie tickets over the eligible four, or not meeting the minimum spend requirement will be charged to the cardholder’s account within the next billing cycle or no later than three billing cycles.
- With every movie ticket purchased, a free one will be provided (for the same type of movie ticket).
- Cardholders may choose to split their free tickets between cinemas. For example, you can redeem 2 tickets at VOX Cinemas and 2 at Reel Cinemas, or all four at one cinema.
- Cardholders must present the credit card used for ticket purchases at the counter if requested.
- The Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer is applicable only when selected and applied at the time of booking. Customers must ensure the BOGO offer is successfully applied before proceeding to the checkout page.
- Once payment is completed, the BOGO offer cannot be applied retroactively. Customers are responsible for verifying the offer's application before completing their purchase.
- The Bank and its partners are not obligated to accommodate any exceptions to these terms or provide the BOGO offer post-payment under any circumstances.
- The offer applies to Reel Cinemas and can be redeemed through the website (www.reelcinemas.com), Digi kiosk, and mobile app bookings.
- The offer is applicable for VOX Cinemas to be redeemed through the website (www.uae.voxcinemas.com) and mobile app bookings.
- In the event a cardholder requests card cancellation after availing the benefit, and the minimum spend criteria have not been met, or where more than four (4) free tickets have been availed within the billing cycle, the cardholder shall be liable to reimburse the value of the discount(s) availed, which will be charged back to the card.
- This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
- The offer is subject to availability and may change, modify, or terminate without prior notice.
- Cardholders must comply with the terms and conditions set by NBF and the respective cinemas.
- This offer is strictly for personal use and not for commercial or business purposes.
- NBF is not responsible for any losses incurred during the promotion.
- Retail spending is defined as transactions made at merchant POS terminals or through e-commerce platforms.
