For purchases of electronics and gold or diamonds made at general supermarkets or aggregators (such as Lulu Hypermarkets, Carrefour, and so on), please call the Call Centre on 8008NBF(623) with a purchase invoice. Following invoice verification, the request will be manually processed and reflected in the statement generated on 10^th February 2023.
