  Redeem your NBF Rewards points for instantly downloadable digital gift cards, ideal for celebrating special occasions, gifting loved ones, or treating yourself.

  1. Log in to NBF Rewards. You can now redeem your NBF Rewards conveniently with just a click.
  2. Navigate to the Redeem Menu. Click on "Vouchers" and select your preferred brand.
  3. Enter a denomination and confirm. Your transaction will be processed.

  
  A digital copy of your voucher will be saved in the "My Rewards" section for your use at any time until it expires.

• Etihad Guest Miles exchange

  Etihad Guest is a loyalty program that rewards members for frequently traveling with Etihad Airways and 20+ partners flying to 3000 destinations. You can exchange your NBF Rewards for Etihad Guest Miles and explore the world using your miles. Discover countless ways to use your Etihad Guest Miles, such as upgrading your ticket to Business or First Class, booking relaxing getaways and exciting holidays, shopping for thousands of products in the Etihad Reward Shop, or converting them to cash with an Etihad Rewards Card.

  Points Conversion: 28 NBF Rewards points = 1 Etihad Guest Mile

  Please note that exchanging NBF Rewards for Etihad Guest Miles is available only to customers who are enrolled in the Etihad Guest program.

  How to Convert Your Rewards:

  1. Login to NBF Rewards: Navigate to the Redeem section and select “Convert to Miles.”
  2. Choose Etihad Guest Miles Transfer: Enter your Etihad Guest number.
  3. Enter the Number of Miles Required and Confirm: Specify the number of Rewards you wish to transfer or the Miles you want to receive, then click confirm. Your Miles will be credited to your Etihad Guest account in real-time.

• Cashback

  If you prefer straightforward cashback rewards, you can redeem your NBF Rewards for direct cashback credit to your statement. Cashback can be redeemed in increments of AED 50 and is processed instantly in real-time.

  Steps to Redeem Cashback:

  1. Log in to NBF Rewards: Select the Cashback option and navigate to the Redeem section.
  2. Enter the Cashback Amount: Input any amount in multiples of AED 50.
  3. Select Your Card and Confirm: Choose the card to which you want the cashback credit to be applied and confirm your transaction.
     The cashback will be processed instantly, and a credit transaction will appear on your card statement.
     
     
• Shop

  Choose from a selection of over 1,300 products across 110 brands in categories such as electronics, home appliances, perfumes, and more. You can redeem your selections using NBF Rewards or an NBF debit or credit card. All prices include taxes and shipping fees. Products will be delivered to your address within the UAE within 14 days.

  How to Shop:

  1. Log in to NBF Rewards. Navigate to the Rewards menu and select "Shop."
  2. Select a Product and Place Your Order. Choose your item and payment option, then enter your delivery address and contact number.
  3. Track Your Shipment. Use the reference number and merchant contact details sent to you via email to follow up on your order. Alternatively, you can visit the "My Orders" section on the NBF Rewards Shop to track your delivery status.
     
     
• Convert your NBF Rewards to Shukrans

  Redeem your Shukrans at 10 great brands across more than 300 stores, including BabyShop, Centrepoint, Home Box, Home Centre, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Oasis Mall, and many more.

  Conversion Rate: 1 NBF Rewards point = 1 Shukran

  How to Convert Your Rewards:

  1. Log in to the NBF Rewards app or website.
  2. Navigate to the Redeem section and select “Convert.”
  3. Choose “Shukran” and enter your membership number.
  4. Specify the number of Shukrans you would like to convert and click "Confirm."
