National Bank of Fujairah concludes participation at the NAJAH Exhibition in Abu Dhabi

The bank underscores its commitment to identifying and nurturing local talent

National Bank of Fujairah marked its participation for the second year in a row at the 13th edition of Abu Dhabi’s Najah Exhibition. The three-day comprehensive event ran from October 30th – November 1st and catered specifically for prospective university students, their parents and teachers. The bank highlighted its tailor-made proposition, Ajyal, at the event, NBF’s banking service aimed at supporting the needs and aspirations of the young Emirati generation.

Aiming to position itself as the partner for the younger generation, NBF led growth-oriented discussions with Emirati students to better understand their professional and personal goals. These sessions enabled NBF to shed the light on its programmes aimed at recruiting and training UAE nationals to take on leadership roles within the bank. In addition, the bank highlighted how Ajyal can meet their personal goals and long-term aspirations and allow them to navigate their life-long journeys.

Cementing its commitment to drive the future of young Emiratis forward, the bank has been conducting youth-engagement sessions across an array of colleges in the UAE.
