National Bank of Fujairah to showcase its leading trade expertise for rough diamonds in Dubai’s Diamond Conference 2017
NBF takes part in shaping the future by joining this year’s Diamond Conference under the theme: ‘Destination Next – Shaping the Future of an Interconnected Marketplace’
National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) PJSC, is sponsoring the third edition of the Dubai Diamond Conference in the presence of guest of honor, Mr. David Cameron, the UK’s former Prime Minister. The conference will take place at Almas Conference Centre on October 16 and 17 and will witness the attendance of international leaders of the diamond industry including global mining ministers, traders, financiers, and other key delegates. The event reflects Dubai’s global leadership in Diamond trading given its key geographical location and strong expertise in the rough diamonds market.
Dubai Diamond Conference 2017 provides an opportunity for fostering relationships and building between the private and public sectors in rough diamond producing and purchasing countries. The conference enables discussions and debates amongst key stakeholders with a focus on stimulating innovation and growth in the diamond industry. The conference also aims at building strong connections with diamond producers in Africa and aims at bringing them to markets in Asia, Europe, and North America.
With the rise of Dubai as one of the diamond capitals of the world, NBF’s Diamond Financing unit plays an important role by catering to the sector’s unique financial requirements and technical expertise, as it focuses on financing manufacturers and traders of rough and polished diamonds.
