National Bank of Fujairah cements leading status as best employer brand with wins at the Gulf Employee Experience Awards and Tawdheef 2019

NBF scoops awards for the Overall Experience, Employee Engagement & Happiness, Employee Insight & HR Metrics and Best Emiratisation Initiative of the Year

National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) PJSC announced that it has received three accolades at The Gulf Employee Experience Awards in recognition of its outstanding HR management. Prevailing over stiff competition, the bank received the “Overall Experience” award for the best entry, “Employee Engagement and Happiness” award and the “Employee Insight and HR Metrics” award while ranking second in the “Employee Empowerment” award. Last week, the bank also received the “Best Emiratisation Initiative of the Year” award on the back of its participation at Tawdheef 2019, the region’s leading Emiratisation exhibition that focuses on recruitment and career development.

The Gulf Employee Experience Awards recognise and celebrate best practices in the delivery of an outstanding employee experience. The Employee Engagement and Happiness Award recognises a thriving and engaged workforce whilst the Employee Insight and HR Metrics Award underscores thorough engagement channels that promote employee feedback that are then translated into solutions and policies. Most importantly, the Overall Gulf Employee Experience Award is based on the entry that achieves the judges’ highest scores from each category.

The bank is also distinguished by its focus on Nationalisation initiatives having established a thought leader status in this area. The prestigious “Best Emiratisation Initiative of the Year” accolade by Tawdheef validates NBF’s efforts in this area and its continued focus on building a sustainable pipeline of Emirati leaders in the banking sector.
