Reach Out for Assistance: If you need short-term help (1–2 months), call the 24-hour NBF Call Centre at 8008NBF (623) for quick support. For long-term assistance, visit your nearest NBF branch or contact your NBF Relationship Manager.
Assessment: Our team will assess your financial situation confidentially. Depending on your needs, solutions may include loan deferment, repayment reductions, debt consolidation, loan restructuring, or fee waivers.
Confirmation: We will respond within 3–5 business days with a customised plan. If approved, you’ll receive a written confirmation detailing the support provided. If we cannot assist, we will clearly explain why in writing.
