How does online remittance and account transfer forms work?
Customers can fill remittance/account transfer form which is available online and submit the details through NBF website. However, the payment or account transfer instruction is only valid and will be processed by National Bank of Fujairah only when the originals of the same, duly signed by the authorised signatories of the company (as per bank mandate) are submitted to the bank.
Is there any change in cut off time for such requests submitted using smart forms?
The existing cut off time will remain unchanged for payment or account to account transfer requests where online forms are used.
What are the features of these forms?
- Recurring payments can be saved as template
- Amount in words will be auto generated based on amount in figures entered
- Unique auto generated bar code for each payment thus avoiding duplication of transactions while processing
What are the benefits of these forms?
- Customers can save manual effort by saving regular payments or transfers as template
- Reduce errors in payment request as payment amount in words is auto generated
- Possibility of alterations in manual requests eliminated after printing as unique bar code will be auto generated for each payment request when the online form is filled by the client

Guidelines to fill the form
- All information needs to be filled in English
- Mandatory fields should be completed by the client
- Printed form with hand written amendments will not be processed
- Validity of auto generated bar code for each form filled online is 30 days. Duly signed original instructions should be submitted within 30 days to the bank for processing. If submitted after 30 days, the payment or account to account transfer request will not be processed
- Original form needs to be physically signed in the designated column
