- The campaign is open to:
– New-to-Bank customers – individuals or entities who do not currently hold any account with NBF.
– New-to-Product customers – existing -NBF clients who do not currently have any active guarantee facilities with the Bank.
– NBF Business Banking customers only. - Customers with existing guarantee facilities are not eligible for this campaign.
- Eligible guarantees must be backed by a 100% cash margin.
- Guarantees must be issued within the official campaign period to qualify for the commission waiver.
- No interest shall be payable by NBF on the funds maintained in the margin account for the purpose of this campaign.
- The waiver of guarantee commission charges will be applicable for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of guarantee issuance.
- After the one-year period, standard guarantee charges shall apply, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing between the customer and NBF.
- This campaign is valid from 15 July 2025 to 31 December 2025.
- NBF reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this campaign or its terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- All applications and participation in the campaign are subject to the Bank’s internal approvals, due diligence processes, and prevailing policies
